摘要
目的:探讨和评价导师制在老年病住院医师规范化培训的效果;方法:A组将2016级在2017年7月-11月在老年病科轮转的规培生10名设定为传统教学组;B组2018年我院实施规培生“导师制”后,2017级在2018年7月-11月老年病科轮转的规培生12名设为导师制教学组。教学结束后考试,将成绩行统计学分析;结果:B组的考试成绩远高于A组;经统计学分析,P<0.05。结论:导师制下的老年病住院医师规范化培训有利我们高效快捷的培训出合格的老年病医师。
Objective:To explore and evaluate the effect of tutorial system in the standardized training of geriatric resident doctors;Methods:Group A set 10 students who rotated in geriatrics department from July to November 2016 as traditional teaching group;Group B set 12 students who rotated in geriatrics department from July to November 2018 as tutorial teaching group after the implementation of"tutorial system"in our hospital in 2018.Result:According to the statistical analysis,the examination results of the tutorial teaching group are much higher than those of the traditional education group.Conclusion:The standardized training of geriatric resident doctors under the tutorial system is helpful for us to train qualified geriatric doctors efficiently and quickly.
