自走式花生收获机割台的设计

摘要 为了提高自走式花生收获机工作效率,对收获机割台进行设计。首先通过对花生收获机割台数据调研,确定了设计方案。其次从液压马达的选型、齿轮的选择、轴的设计、割刀的确定4方面进行分析。最后利用有限元软件对轴进行了静力学分析,得出设计结果是合理的,为后续结构优化提供了参考依据。 In order to improve the working efficiency of self-propelled peanut harvester,the header of the harvester is designed.Firstly,through data investigation of peanut harvester header,the design scheme is determined.Secondly,the selection of hydraulic motor,selection of gears,design of the shaft and determination of the cutter are analyzed.Finally,the static analysis of the shaft is carried out using the finite element software.The design results are reasonable and provide a reference basis for the subsequent structure optimization.
