摘要
介绍了国内外相关技术发展情况和TMR饲料制备设备的结构原理及分类,对9JQL-12型全混合日粮制备机产品进行了试验分析,搅龙转速、混合时间、填充系数对混合均匀度和吨料电耗影响程度十分显著,检测结果表明该系列产品性能优越,各项指标完全达到标准和大纲要求。
This paper introduced related technology developments of TMR feed production equipment.The structural principle and classification were described.According to the test result of 9JQL-12 feed production equipment,the facts(auger speed,mixing time,filling factor)are significant effect to mixing uniformity and electricity consumption per ton of material.The test results show that the equipment is superior in performance and meets the requirements of standard and outline.
