摘要 提高零部件的耐久性,保证汽车零部件轻量化后的安全可靠性对汽车研发具有重要意义。以某款A+车型转向节为研究对象,基于可靠性理论,根据双层优化结果,进行动力学耦合建模,得到转向节总成运动和受载荷等相关参数。在此基础上,根据可靠性要求,进行载荷响应谱分析及S-N疲劳寿命分析,分别在不同工况、不同载荷情况下,测试转向节疲劳寿命,得到转向节的平均疲劳寿命为2.5289107次,远大于实际工程需要。分析表明A+SUV转向节在材料与结构双层优化下,可靠性寿命得到了有效保证,满足工况需求。 Improving the durability of automotive parts and ensuring the safety and reliability of lightweight automotive parts are of great significance to automotive research and development.The steering knuckle of a certain A+vehicle is taken as the research object.Based on the reliability theory and the results of double-layer optimization,the dynamic coupling modeling is carried out to obtain the relevant parameters of the steering knuckle assembly,such as movement and load.On this basis,the load response spectrum analysis and S-N fatigue life analysis are carried out according to the reliability requirements.The average fatigue life of the steering knuckle is 2.5289107 times by testing the fatigue life of the steering knuckle under load,which is much larger than the actual engineering needs.The results show that the reliability life of A+SUV steering knuckle is effectively guaranteed under the double-layer optimization of material and structure to meet the working condition requirements.
