摘要
药品零加成政策的实施,对公立医院的运营模式和经济结构带来了重大的影响,同时,对医院的服务质量和技术水平提出了更高的要求。在此背景下,如何及时、有效地调整管理策略,探索建立经济运行新机制,实现运营管理的再平衡和可持续发展,是公立医院必须面对和解决的问题。文章通过L医院的探索与实践,以期在理论和实务操作中为药品零加成背景下的公立医院的运营管理提供经验借鉴。
The implementation of the policy for no markups on medicine has brought about a significant impact on the operation mode and economic structure of public hospitals,and has raised higher requirements on hospital service quality and technical levels at the same time.Under such circumstances,timely and effectively adjusting the management strategy,exploring new economic operation mechanism,and achieving the rebalance and sustainable development of the operation and management become the problems confronting public hospitals.Through the exploration and practices in hospital L,this paper aimed to provide theoretical and practical experience for the operation and management of public hospitals under the background of no markups on medicine.
