护理移动终端高危药物核查系统的设计与应用

Design and Application of High Risk Medication Checking System on Mobile Nursing Terminal

目的通过信息技术在护理移动手持终端建立强制的高危药物床边双人/双重核查执行功能,确保高危药物用药安全。方法利用医院HIS系统为支撑平台,以护理移动手持终端为硬件,建立高危药物床边双人/双重核查执行系统,对5类高危药物在给药时实行双人/双重核查执行。结果目录内的5类高危药物在给药过程中实现强制双人/双重核查执行,床边双人/双重核查执行率达100%,不安全用药的情况得到及时纠正,有效避免了用药不良事件的发生。结论高危药物床边双人/双重核查执行系统的应用能够提高高危药物使用的安全性和准确性;弥补高危药物使用和管理中的不足;减轻护士工作压力,规范护士给药行为;促进护理工作信息化建设,提升医院形象。

Objective To ensure the safety of high-risk medications by performing the mandatory double-checking process at the bedside through mobile nursing handheld terminal.Methods Double-checking system for five types of high-risk medications at the bedside was established with the support platform of hospital HIS and the hardware of mobile nursing handheld terminal.Results The implementation rate of the double-checking process at the bedside for the five types of high-risk medications in the content reached 100%,and the medication errors were corrected in time to effectively avoid adverse events.Conclusion The application of double-checking system for high-risk medications at the bedside can improve the safety and accuracy,make up for the shortages in the use and management,relieve the nursing pressure and standardize the drug administration,as well as promote the nursing informatization and the hospital image.
