人工智能背景下高端服务业发展的困境——基于劳动供给与消费需求的视角

Research on the Development Dilemma of High-end Service Industry Under the Background of Artificial Intelligence: Based on the Perspective of Labor Supply and Consumer Demand

近年来人工智能发展迅速,其对传统经济结构的冲击和对高端服务业的推动同时进行,是我国经济结构转型的契机。文章从劳动力供给和消费需求两个层面出发,认为我国高端服务业发展存在低端服务业劳动力堆积过多、高端服务业从业者供给不足、人口萎缩以及国民消费能力尚待提高等方面的问题,并从延长工业化建设、加速城乡要素流动以及完善法律制度和国民教育大纲等三个方面提出对策。

In recent years,the rapid development of artificial intelligence,its impact on the traditional economic structure and promotion of high-end service industry take place at the same time which provide China with a great opportunity to achieve economic restructuring.This paper analyzed the problems existing in the high-end service industry development of China from labor supply and demand.It believed that low-end labor service industry accumulation was too much,high-end service industry practitioners supply was found shortage,population was shrank and the national consumption ability was yet to be improved.This paper also put forward some suggestions,such as prolonging the industrialization construction,speeding up urban and rural elements flow and improving the system of laws and national education outline.
