摘要 为促进制造业供应链绿色化发展,运用平衡记分卡理论从企业绿色发展战略视角构建供应链绿色度评价体系;以GA-BP神经网络技术与层次分析主观评价法相结合的方式构建供应链绿色度评价模型,通过利用AHP评价结果对模型进行训练和检验,使模型充分学习到专家在供应链绿色度评价过程中的知识和经验,从而实现GA-BP神经网络对企业供应链绿色度的评价。实际案例验证了该方法的可操作性和实用性。 In order to promote green development of manufacturing supply chain,in this paper,balance score card theory was utilized to set up a supply chain green degree evaluation system from the perspective of enterprise green development strategy.First of all,GA-BP neural network technique and analytic hierarchy subjective evaluation method were combined to build a supply chain green evaluation model.Secondly,based on the AHP evaluation results,the model was trained and tested,so that the model could be fully exposed to knowledge and experience that experts had accumulated during supply chain green degree evaluation process,thus realizing the GA-BP neural network’s evaluation of the green degree of enterprises’supply chain.Lastly,examples were listed to verify the operability and practicability of the method.
