双介质阻挡放电等离子体电源输出功率计算研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了方便地测出双介质阻挡放电的电源输出功率,在交流高压电源内部设置了检测电路,利用示波器对电源的输出参数进行了检测,通过origin软件和平行四边形两种方法对测出的Q-V Lissajous图形面积进行了计算,得出了双介质阻挡放电反应器的放电功率。结果表明:利用该内置检测电路能够方便地测出电源输出参数,得到Q-V Lissajous图形,利用origin软件直接计算Lissajous图形面积和利用平行四边形方法得到的结果接近,计算方法简单可靠,电源输出效率>55%,为双介质阻挡放电的电源输出功率研究提供了有利参考。 In order to measure the output power of double dielectric barrier discharge,a detection circuit is set up inside the AC high voltage power supply,and the output parameters of the power supply are tested by using an oscilloscope.The measured Q-V Lissajous figure area was calculated by using the method of origin software and parallelogram,and the discharge power of the double dielectric barrier reactor was obtained.The results show that the Q-V Lissajous figure can be obtained by using the built-in detection circuit,and the result obtained by using the method of parallelogram is similar and the calculation method is simple and reliable.Power output efficiency is more than 55%,which provided a favorable reference for the power output research of double dielectric barrier discharge.
