本文针对6 kV高压变频器的运行状态,从6 kV高压变频器运行中的问题出发,通过采用大量参考文献的分析法、对比法,首先从变频器室没有装置恒温除湿装置、UPS电源出现故障、高压变频器接地保护配置不合理3个方面入手,介绍了6 kV高压变频器运行中的问题。其次,从确保高压变频器的运行环境良好、定期更换USP电源装置、对高压变频器的内部元件进行反送电测试、使用纯羊毛刷子清理高压变频器板件3个方面入手,研究了6 kV高压变频器维护处理策略。

in View of the Operation Status of 6 kV High-voltage Frequency Converter,This Paper Starts from the Problem of 6 kV High-voltage Frequency Converter Operation.by Using a Large Number of Reference Analysis Methods and Comparison Methods,There is No Device Constant Temperature Dehumidification Device and Ups Power Supply Failure from the Inverter Room.the High-voltage Inverter Grounding Protection Configuration is Unreasonable in Three Aspects.the Problems in the Operation of the 6 kV High-voltage Inverter Are Introduced.Secondly,the Operating Environment of the High-voltage Inverter is Ensured,the Usp Power Supply Unit is Replaced Regularly,and the Internal Components of the High-voltage Inverter Are Replaced.the Reverse Transmission Test and the Use of Pure Wool Brush to Clean the High-voltage Inverter Board Were Studied.the Maintenance and Treatment Strategy of 6 kV Highvoltage Inverter Was Studied.
