Brief Analysis of Suspected Thermal Suspension in 6FA Gas Turbine Start-up

本文对一例6FA.03型燃机在启动升速过程中发生的升速率下降、疑似热悬挂的现象进行分析,从逻辑设置、环境温度、SFC容量配置等方面提出了疑问,并最终确认SFC提前脱扣导致燃机升速率降低,供学习参考。

This paper analyses the phenomenon of a 6FA.03 gas turbine’s rising rate dropping and suspected heat suspension during its starting and rising speed.Questions are raised from the aspects of logic setting,ambient temperature and SFC capacity allocation.Finally,it is confirmed that the early release of SFC leads to the decrease of gas engine’s rising rate for reference.
