摘要
目前各超超临界机组的设备数量多、容量大,运行参数要求高和控制系统结构复杂,在机组启停过程中,如果靠运行人员进行大量的手动操作,不仅极易发生误操作,而且会极大地影响机组安全稳定性。因此,为了减轻运行人员的工作强度,缩短机组启停时间,从整体上提升机组自动化水平,一些发电厂逐步尝试实现机组自启停(APS)功能。
At present,each ultra-supercritical unit has a large number of equipment,large capacity,high operating parameters and complex control system structure.In the process of starting and stopping the unit,if a large number of manual operations are performed by the operating personnel,it is not only easy to cause misoperation.And it greatly affected the safety and stability of the unit.Therefore,in order to reduce the working intensity of the operating personnel,shorten the start and stop time of the unit,and improve the automation level of the unit as a whole,some power plants gradually try to realize the self-starting and stopping function of the unit.
