6.3kV架空外线供电系统误动作的分析及建议

摘要 由于架空输电线路长,分布广泛,且多处于空旷地带,在夏天雷雨季节时极易遭受雷击。有统计数据表明,因为雷击造成跳闸事故占电网事故总数的60%以上。当前电网供电可靠性要求越来越高,线路防雷成为亟待解决的问题。本文主要介绍了湖北宜化化工股份有限公司四个片区6.3 kV架空外线联络供电系统误动作的分析和建议,在采用隔离电源、控制电缆的屏蔽、浪涌保护器的接入的改进后,整个外线系统经过一个夏天的雷雨天气检验,运行稳定,本文对实施过程及方案进行了阐述。 Because of the long overhead transmission line,its wide distribution and open area,it is very vulnerable to lightning strike in summer thunderstorm season.Statistics show that lightning tripping accidents account for more than 60%of the total number of power grids.At present,power supply reliability of power grid is required to be higher and higher,and line lightning protection has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper mainly introduces the analysis and suggestion of the misoperation of 6.3 kV overhead external line power supply system in four districts of Hubei Yihua Co.,Ltd.After the improvement of isolation power supply,shielding of control cable and access of surge protector,the whole external line system has been tested by thunderstorm weather in summer and operated steadily.This paper carries out the implementation of the system.The process and scheme are described.
