摘要 本文针对运行变电站技改、基建工程施工时给变电站的安全、可靠运行造成的影响,对变电站技改、基建工程施工中存在的风险点及安全隐患进行分析,并提出了变电站施工现场管控“三板斧”措施应用,保证技改、基建工程施工期间变电站的运行安全和施工安全。 The impact on the safe and reliable operation of the substation for the technical transformation of the substation and the construction of the infrastructure project.The risk points and safety hazards in the substation technical transformation and infrastructure construction are analyzed,and the application of the“three-axle”measures for substation construction site control is put forward to ensure the operational safety and construction safety of the substation during the technical transformation and infrastructure construction.
