治理语境下高职院校治理能力现代化的特征分析

An Analysis of the Characteristics of the Modernization of Governance Ability in the Context of Governance in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校治理研究是高校治理研究的重要组成部分,且因高职院校自成体系而使其治理研究也带上了鲜明的职业教育特征,对高职院校开展治理研究能丰富院校治理的理论体系。以治理理论为基点,对高职院校治理能力内涵进行解读,对高职院校治理能力现代化的逻辑关系进行分析,提出"治理过程制度化、治理方式民主化、治理手段法治化、治理运行高效化、治理方法协同化",这"五化"是衡量高职院校治理能力现代化内涵和特征。

The governance research of higher vocational colleges is an important part of the governance research in colleges and universities,and because of the independent system, the governance research has also brought with distinct characteristics of vocational education. Carrying out governance research on higher vocational colleges can enrich the theoretical system of college governance. Based on the theory of governance,the paper interprets the connotation of governance ability, analyzes the logical relationship between the modernization of governance ability,and finally puts forward the institutionalization of governance process,democratization of governance mode,legalization of governance means,high efficiency of governance operation and synergy of governance methods. The five governance ways are to measure the connotation and characteristics of the modernization of governance ability in higher vocational colleges.
