健脾固肾汤加减防治糖皮质激素不良反应的研究

Study of Jianpi Gushen Decoction on Prevention and Treatment of Adverse Reactions of Glucocorticoid

目的:探讨健脾固肾汤加减在糖尿病激素不良反应中的防治效果。方法:选择2018年1月~2019年1月采用糖皮质激素治疗的肾脏病患者60例作为研究对象,依据是否使用健脾固肾汤加减分为A组与B组,每组30例。A组使用健脾固肾汤加减防治,B组未使用健脾固肾汤加减防治,比较两组糖皮质激素不良反应发生率、严重程度。结果:A组给予健脾固肾汤加减防治后4例发生糖皮质激素不良反应,发生率为13.33%,低于B组13例发生糖皮质激素不良反应,发生率为43.33%(P<0.05);A组轻度发生率,高于B组(P<0.05);A组中度、重度不良反应发生率,低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:将健脾固肾汤加减用于糖皮质激素不良反应防治中效果理想,能降低不良反应发生率,减轻不良反应严重程度,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the preventive and therapeutic effects of Jianpi Gushen Decoction on adverse reactions of diabetic hormones. Methods:60 patients with kidney disease treated with glucocorticoid from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as subjects. According to whether the patients used Jianpi Gushen Decoction or not, they were divided into group A and group B, 30 cases in each group. Group A was treated with Jianpai Gushen Decoction, while group B was not treated with Jianpai Gushen Decoction. The incidence and severity of adverse effects of glucocorticoid were compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of adverse reactions of glucocorticoid in group A was 13.33%, lower than that in group B(43.33%, P<0.05);the incidence of mild adverse reactions in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.05);the incidence of moderate and severe adverse reactions in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05). Conclusion:Jianpi Gushen Decoction is effective in the prevention and treatment of glucocorticoid adverse reactions. It can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and the severity of adverse reactions. It is worth popularizing and applying.
