202例注射用血栓通过敏反应分析

Allergic reaction analysis of 202 cases of by xueshuantong injection

目的:了解国内关于注射用血栓通不良反应中过敏反应发生概况,挖掘该药发生过敏反应的特征和信号,为临床安全使用提供参考。方法:搜索中国知网、万方数据库及维普数据库,查找与注射用血栓通相关过敏反应,再根据临床表现情况对数据进行归纳评估。结果:共检索83篇报道2038例注射用血栓通不良反应,排除重复及文献综述后过敏反应有202例,其中35例在用药30min内出现,其余均在用药1d以上发生;201例过敏反应并用其他药物。结论:临床上使用血栓通应注意尽量避免或减少联合用药,并加强用药后安全监护。

Objective:To understand the domestic occurrence of allergic reactions in the adverse reactions of thrombus in injection,to excavate the characteristics and signals of allergic reactions to the drug and provide reference for clinical safe use of the drug. Methods:It searched China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Data and VIP Database to find allergic reactions to thrombosis injecting,and inductived assessment of data based on clinical performance at last.Results:A total of 83 reports were retrieved for 2038 cases of thrombotic adverse reactions for injection. There were 202 cases of allergic reactions after exclusion of repeat and literature review that included 35 cases occurred within 30 minutes of medication,the rest occurred more than 1 day after medication;It was 201 allergic reactions and other drugs. Conclusion:Clinical use of thrombus should pay attention to avoid or reduce the combination of drugs and strengthen the safety monitoring after medication.
