心血管内科7162条住院医嘱的超说明书用药分析

Investigation of 7162 Medical Orders with Off-label Drug Use for Cardiovascular Inpatients in Our Hospital

目的:调查心血管内科住院患者超说明书用药情况,为合理用药提供参考。方法:随机抽取我院2018年7~9月心血管内科住院患者198例,参照药品说明书判断超说明用药的医嘱,并根据相关指南及文献等判断其合理性。结果:发现超说明书用药的患者占59.6%(118/198)、医嘱占2.95%(211/7162),均为超适应症用药,涉及用药品种22个。所有处方判断为合理。结论:虽然超说明书用药情况在心血管内科住院患者中普遍存在,但合理性高。

Objective:To investigate off-label drug use of inpatients with cardiovascular disease from our hospital,and to provide references for rational drug use. Methods:From Sep. to Dec. 2018,198 cases of cardiovascular inpatients were randomly chosen for for judging if prescriptions of these patients were reasonable according to related drug instructions and guidelines for diseases. Results:Offlabel drug use was confirmed in 59.6%(118/198) of patients and 2.95%(211/7162) of prescriptions,which were all types of over indications involving 22 drugs. All prescriptions were found rational according to guidelines. Conclusions:Off-label drug use is very common,but rational in cardiovascular inpatients.
