摘要
以三维设计软件SolidWorks为基础,完成带式输送机的机械系统各零部件和装配体的建模与零部件系列化库的建立。在虚拟装配模块中进行样机的装配,并进行了干涉检查和碰撞试验,摆脱了物理样机装配试验对场地的依赖,实现了设计人员的效率和产品质量的提升,缩短了机械设计周期。
Based on the three-dimensional design software SolidWorks,the modeling of each part and assembly of the mechanical system of belt conveyor and the establishment of component series library are completed.The prototype is assembled in the virtual assembly module,and the interference inspection and collision test are carried out,which gets rid of the dependence of the physical prototype assembly test on the site,improves the efficiency of designers and product quality,and shortens the mechanical design cycle.
