摘要
结合柴油单轨吊和蓄电池单轨吊的优缺点,提出柴电混合动力单轨吊的设计方案。从防爆柴油机和防爆动力蓄电池组的混合动力单轨吊机车的传动构成、主回路及技术参数、双向DC/DC变换器、混动模式、混动功率匹配、制动回馈能量回收、技术创新点等方面,对该设计方案进行详细的论述。
This paper introduces the application of monorail crane in auxiliary transportation in coal mine,explains the transmission structure,main circuit and technical parameters,bidirectional DC/DC converter,hybrid mode,hybrid power matching,braking feedback energy recovery and technical innovation of hybrid monorail crane based on explosion-proof diesel engine and explosion-proof power storage battery pack,and puts forward some related control methods and design methods.
