摘要
针对煤矿KBZ型隔爆开关质量大、移动困难等技术难题,大同煤矿集团白洞矿业公司电气队通过技术研究,设计了一套电气隔爆开关移动装置。分析了该装置结构组成及工作原理,并通过实际应用发现,该装置降低了劳动作业强度,避免了传统人工搬运开关时电气开关损坏严重等现象,具有显著的推广意义。
In view of the technical problems such as high quality and difficult movement of KBZ flameproof switch in coal mine,the electric team of Baidong Mining Company of Datong Coal Mine Group designed a set of electric flameproof switch moving device through technical research,analyzed the structure and working principle of the device,and found through practical application that the device reduced the working intensity and avoided the serious damage of the electric switch when the traditional manual handling switch was used.It has remarkable popularization significance.
