摘要
运用计算流体力学的方法,对涡轮发动机室内试车台流场进行模拟,着重研究试车台排气塔引射筒导流锥角度对发动机推力和试车台内流动特性的影响,为试车台的设计和发动机推力的估计提供依据。研究了导流锥角度为30°、60°、90°和120°时试车台流场分布和发动机推力,研究结果表明:引射筒导流锥角度对发动机推力的影响不大;当导流锥为30°和120°时,导流锥附近的流场结构稳定,在径向和轴向的均匀性都较好,燃气和引射空气的掺混效果较好,排气塔总压损失较小。因此建议采用30°和120°的导流锥角度。
In this paper,computational fluid dynamics method is used to simulate the flow field of a turbo-engine test facility.The main work is focused on the influence of the guide cone angle on the engine thrust and flow field characteristics,which will provide data for of test facility design and engine-thrust estimation.The flow field distribution and the engine thrust are studied for the test facility with the guide cone angles of 30°,60°,90°,and120°.It is found that:the guide cone angle has little effect on engine thrust;and when the guide cone angles equal30°and 120°,the flow field near guide cone is structurally stable,and the uniformity of the radial and axial flow is good and uniform.The engine gas and the injected air are well mixed.The total pressure loss of the exhaust tower is smaller.Thus,the angles equal 30°and 120°is recommended for guide cone angle.
