锚杆支护刚度影响因素的研究

摘要 为了探究锚杆支护刚度的影响因素,通过理论分析、某矿现场实测研究了锚固长度、锚杆预紧力、锚杆布置、锚杆两径的合理匹配等因素对锚杆支护刚度的影响。研究结果表明,通过加长锚固长度这种方法可以改善巷道支护环境,起到一定的效果,但是锚固长度增长到一定值时,巷道帮部围岩的改善程度将趋于稳定状态;预紧力达到40 kN时,再继续增大预紧力,巷道支护效果并没有较好地提升,因此锚杆的预紧力选择为30~50kN,可以达到较好的支护效果;锚杆布置密度选取0.9根/m^2时最为适宜,此时支护效果最佳。 In order to explore the influencing factors of bolt support stiffness,the influence of anchoring length,bolt pretightening force,bolt arrangement and reasonable matching of bolt diameter on bolt support stiffness is studied through theoretical analysis.The results show that the supporting environment of roadway can be improved by lengthening the anchoring length,but when the anchoring length increases to a certain value,the improvement degree of surrounding rock will tend to be stable;when the pretightening force reaches 40 kN,the pre-tightening force will continue to increase,and the supporting effect of roadway will not be improved well,so the pre-tightening force of anchor rod can be selected from 30 to 50 kN.The bolt arrangement density of 0.9 m/(root·m^-2)is the most suitable,and the supporting effect is the best.
