关于矿用绞车滚筒的振动模态分析 被引量:3

摘要 以XJFH型号的气动绞车为例,采用Proe和ANSYS软件,建立了绞车滚筒的三维模型及模态分析仿真模型,对滚筒进行了模态分析,结果表明,滚筒的前六阶固有频率值都相对较高,远离绞车的工作频率,不会发生共振,同时从模态振型来看,制动盘是相对比较薄弱的环节。因此,针对绞车滚筒设计时提出了相应的优化改进方案,该研究为滚筒的动力学分析提供了理论基础,同时对于提高滚筒的结构性能具有重要意义。 Taking the pneumatic winch of XJFH model as an ex ample,the three-dimensional model and modal analysis simulation model of winch drum are established by using Proe and ANSYS software,and the modal analysis of the drum is carried out.the results show that the first six natural frequency values of the drum are relatively high,far from the working frequency of the winch,and there will be no resonance.At the same time,the brake disc is a relatively weak link from the modal mode.Therefore,the corresponding optimization and improvement scheme is put forward for the design of winch drum,which provides a theoretical basis for the dynamic analysis of the drum and is of great significance to improve the structure and performance of the drum.
