摘要
主要对掘进机关键结构在预应力作用下的模态特征进行研究,重点分析回转油缸的疲劳情况,通过数值模拟方法得到了预应力作用下不同阶数的振型特征和循环载荷作用下油缸的寿命情况,为现场工程提供一定的指导意义。
In this paper,the modal characteristics of key structures of roadheader under prestressing force are studied,and the fatigue of rotary cylinder is analyzed.The modal characteristics of different orders under prestressing force and the life of cylinder under cyclic load are obtained by numerical simulation method,which provides some guidance for field engineering.
