基于Simulink的液压支架支撑可靠性的分析

摘要 为了对液压支架支护过程中液压系统的工作原理及支架支护可靠性进行充分研究,为煤矿井下液压支架的支护作业提供理论支撑,利用Simulink仿真分析软件,建立液压支架的参数化的分析模型,对支护过程进行了仿真分析,对提升液压支架的支护可靠性,确保井下综采作业安全具有巨大的意义。 In order to fully study the working principle and support reliability of hydraulic support in the process of hydraulic support,and to provide theoretical support for the support operation of hydraulic support in coal mine,the parametric analysis model of hydraulic support is established by using Simulink simulation analysis software,and the support process is simulated and analyzed,which is of great significance to improve the support reliability of hydraulic support and ensure the safety of underground fully mechanized mining operation.
