选煤厂大型振动筛结构改进及筛分精度分析 被引量:2

摘要 为解决大型振动筛筛箱、轴承、结构断裂,振动筛的工作寿命短,脱水效果不理想等问题,在介绍振动筛结构的基础上,从理论上分别对振动筛筛箱结构缺陷、轴承损坏、筛板等结构断裂原因进行了分析,根据各自缺陷提出了相应改进措施。利用模态实验对改进后的大型振动筛的筛分精度进行验证,结果表明改进后大型振动筛的筛分效果理想,显著提高了大型振动筛的筛分效率。 In order to solve the problems of large-scale vibrating screen box,bearing,structural fracture,short working life of vibrating screen and poor dewatering effect,the structure of vibrating screen is introduced briefly.The structural defects of vibrating screen box,bearing damage and screen plate are analyzed theoretically,and corresponding improvement measures are put forward according to their defects.The results show that the sieving efficiency of the large vibrating sieve is improved significantly.
