摘要
通过对行走机构刚体动力学模型的分析,研究了行走机构的刚度对采煤机运行时的速度波动和啮合力变化的影响规律,结果表明:采煤机行走机构的刚度对采煤机行走时的动态特性的影响极大,其刚度越大采煤机运行时的速度波动越小,行走机构和齿轨啮合时的啮合力的变化也越小。该研究可为优化采煤机作业时的站位及提高行走机构使用寿命提供理论依据。
Through the analysis of the rigid body dynamic model of the walking mechanism,the influence of the stiffness of the walking mechanism on the speed fluctuation and meshing force of the shearer is studied.The results show that the stiffness of the shearer has a great influence on the dynamic characteristics of the shearer,the greater the stiffness,the smaller the velocity fluctuation of the shearer,and the smaller the change of the meshing force between the walking mechanism and the gear rail.This study provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the station position of shearer and improving the service life of walking mechanism.
