摘要 根据掘进机截割机构的实际截割,建立了掘进机的非线性动力学模型和截割机构在工作时作用在截齿上的截割阻力矩的数学模型,利用MATLAB仿真分析软件对截割机构在工作时的动力学特性进行了研究,结果表明,不同的岩壁硬度会对掘进机截割作业时的转速和转矩产生明显的影响,适当地增加截割机构截割头的数量能显著提升截割机构在工作过程中的稳定性。 According to the actual cutting of the cutting mechanism of the roadheader,the nonlinear dynamic model of the roadheader and the mathematical model of the cutting resistance moment of the cutting mechanism acting on the cutting tooth are established,and the dynamic characteristics of the cutting mechanism are studied by using MATLAB simulation analysis software.The results show that different rock wall hardness will have obvious influence on the speed and torque of the cutting operation of the roadheader.Properly increasing the number of cutting heads of the cutting mechanism can significantly improve the stability of the cutting mechanism in the working process.
