摘要
针对传统带式输送机断带捕捉装置存在的问题,在对带式输送机结构及工作原理进行分析的基础上,提出了一种新的断带捕捉装置液控系统。对该液控系统的工作原理、系统结构、仿真分析结果等进行了分析。结果表明,新的断带捕捉装置具有稳定性高、可靠性强的优点,极大地提升了系统工作时的稳定性和可靠性。
Aiming at the problems of traditional belt breaking capture device,based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of belt conveyor,a new hydraulic control system of belt breaking capture device is proposed,and the working principle,system structure and simulation analysis results of the hydraulic control system are analyzed.The results show that the new belt breaking capture device has the advantages of high stability and good reliability,and greatly improves the stability and reliability of the system.
