摘要
通过对液压支架姿态监控系统现状的研究,提出了一种新的基于多传感器校正的液压支架姿态监控系统。对该监控系统的整体结构布局、多传感器融合校正方案等进行了分析,分析认为,该融合校正系统能够适应煤矿井下恶劣的自然环境,可实现对支架姿态的精确控制,极大地提升煤矿井下液压支架的支护稳定性。
Through the research on the present situation of hydraulic support attitude monitoring system,a new hydraulic support attitude monitoring system based on multi-sensor correction is proposed,and the overall structure layout and multi-sensor fusion correction scheme of the monitoring system are analyzed.It is considered that the fusion correction system can adapt to the harsh natural environment in coal mine and realize the accurate control of support attitude.The support stability of hydraulic support in coal mine is greatly improved.
