摘要
液压支架是综合化机械采煤的关键设备,其所用立柱和相关阀类元件常出现故障,需要定期对其进行检测。以立柱和阀类元件为检测单元,详细设计了检测系统的总体方案,同时针对传感器的选用以及硬件和软件方案的设计也提出了相应建议和原则。该研究为试验台检测系统的建设提供了基础,对提高立柱和阀类元件的检测效率具有重要意义。
The hydraulic support is the key equipment of integrated mechanical coal mining,and the columns and related valve components used in hydraulic support often fail,so it needs to be tested regularly.Taking the column and valve components as the detection unit,the overall scheme of the detection system is designed in detail,and the corresponding suggestions and principles are also put forward for the selection of sensors and the design of hardware and software schemes.the research provides the basis for the construction of the test-bed detection system and is of great significance to improve the detection efficiency of column and valve components.
