摘要
对二次再热超超临界百万机组高压加热器的配置进行了分析,对采用单列立式蛇形管高加和双列卧式U形管高加的方案进行了技术经济比较。结合热力系统、厂房布置、管道阀门价格及运行经济性等方面,分析采用单列高加和双列高加的优缺点。分析认为,国产单列和双列高加在技术经济上都是可行的,但由于全容量单列高压加热器给水管道、抽汽以及加热器疏水管道均为单路,相对双列高加,系统简单,运行控制较方便,且管道短捷,管路阻力较小,因此单列高加优势更为明显。
In this paper,the configuration of high-pressure heaters of 1000 MW power unit with double reheat cycles is studied.The technical and economic comparison of single-row vertical snake-shaped tube and double-row horizontal U-shaped tube is made.The advantages and disadvantages of single-row and double-row HP heaters are analyzed taking?into?account of the thermal system,plant layout,pipeline price,valve price and operation economy.It is considered that domestic single column and double row high addition are feasible in technology and economy.However,because the full capacity single row high pressure heater feed water pipeline,steam extraction and heater drainage pipe are single,relatively double row high addition,the system is simple,the operation control is more convenient,and the pipeline is short and the pipeline resistance is small.
