摘要
介绍了太原选煤厂现有工艺流程,分析了脱泥工艺在实际生产中存在的问题,并针对问题对脱泥工艺系统做了相应的优化改进。主要对磁选机尾矿系统改造,实现磁选机尾矿的短路循环利用,大大降低系统中循环水量,改善浮选效果;分级旋流器溢流的小循环系统改造,达到分级旋流器入料的良性循环,增大入料量和压力,降低入料浓度,改善分级效果;CSS粗煤泥分选机尾矿脱水系统的改造,使CSS粗煤泥尾矿脱水系统更加完善。通过对脱泥工艺系统的优化改进,使洗选工艺系统更加科学、合理。
The paper introduces the process of Taiyuan coal preparation plant and analyzes the problems of desliming process in the production practical,and analyzes the optimization measures of desliming process system.Through the transformation the tailings system of magnetic separator,it realize the short cycle utilizing for tailings of magnetic separator,which reduce the water circulation system greatly and improve the flotation effect.Through the transformation of overflow small circulation system for classifying hydrocyclone,it achieves the benign circulation of classifying cyclone feed and increase the feed rate/pressure.At the same time,it reduces the feed concentration and improve the classification effect.Transformation of CSS coarse coal slime tailings dewatering system,it make the coarse slime tailings dewatering system more perfect.According to the improvement and the optimization for desliming process system,it makes the washing process system more scientific and reasonable.
