斜沟煤矿主风机和备用风机切换控制系统的改造

Transformation of Constant Wind Switching Control System between Main Fan and Standby Fan in Xiegou Coal Mine

摘要 为了解决斜沟煤矿通风系统在主风机和备用风机切换过程中导致的井下通风不足、风机喘振问题,对原人工停机切换控制系统进行改造,提出了一种不停风切换的矿井通风控制系统。根据在斜沟煤矿的实际应用表明,不停风切换系统实现了换机过程中井下通风的连续性,改造后比改造前风速波动时间减少了约81.1%,瓦斯体积分数降低了约73.1%,极大地提升了煤矿通风系统风机切换时的稳定性。 In order to solve the problem of insufficient underground ventilation and surge of fan caused by the switching of main fan and standby fan in Xiegou coal mine ventilation system,the former wind switching control system is transformed,a mine ventilation control system with continuous wind switching is put forward,according to the practical application in Xiegou coal mine,the continuity of downhole ventilation in the process of changing machine is realized.The fluctuation time of wind speed after revamping is about 81.1%lower than that before revamping.The gas volume fraction is reduced by about 73.1%,which greatly improves the stability of fan switching in coal mine ventilation system.
