摘要
针对岳城煤矿高瓦斯区域抽放时钻孔卡钻、钻孔煤粉瓦斯突出等现状,研发了适合现场使用的抽放钻孔防喷孔装置,通过加装钻机连接装置、加长孔口连接管由0.8m改为1.5m,加装重力自动排渣挡板,有效解决了煤粉瓦斯异常喷出及装置本身固定、密封、易产生火花等问题。经过为期三个月的现场试验,井下钻场均未发生过由于钻孔喷孔造成的巷道瓦斯超限,钻场下风侧瓦斯浓度由0.5%下降到0.2%以下。
In view of the present situation of drilling sticking and pulverized coal gas outburst in the high gas area of Yuecheng Coal Mine,a drilling anti-blowout device suitable for field use has been developed.Through the installation of drilling rig connection device,the extended hole connection pipe is changed from 0.8 m to 1.5 m,and the gravity automatic slag discharge baffle is added,which effectively solves the problems of abnormal emission of pulverized coal gas and fixed,sealed and easy to produce sparks of the device itself.After three months of field test,no roadway gas exceeding the limit caused by drilling jet hole has occurred,and the gas concentration on the air side of the drilling site has been reduced from 0.5%to less than 0.2%.
