煤层钻孔机械扩孔技术的应用

基于81404工作面施工情况,从钻孔施工、钻孔造穴、出煤量、封联孔、管路连接和配套设施设备对本煤层钻孔机械扩孔技术进行介绍。对比抽采效果发现,机械扩孔相对普通钻孔单孔抽采量提高了19.6倍,且整条巷道施工机械水力一体化造穴钻孔较普通钻孔最少可节省174.89万元,工程时间最少节省61d。

Based on the construction situation of 81404 working face,the drilling mechanical reaming technology of this coal seam is introduced from the aspects of drilling construction,drilling hole construction,coal output,sealing hole,pipeline connection and supporting facilities.By comparing the extraction effect,it is found that the single hole extraction capacity of mechanical reaming is 19.6 times higher than that of ordinary drilling,and the hydraulic integrated hole drilling of the whole roadway construction machinery can save at least 1.7489 million yuan and the engineering time of at least 61 days.
