针对西曲矿选煤厂2019年7月在原煤准备车间首部皮带机前设计安装了齿辊式滚轴筛的应用实践,介绍了原煤准备车间的生产工艺流程,以及齿辊式滚轴筛的结构、工作原理及主要特点,详细分析了齿辊式滚轴筛运行中存在的问题和解决方法以及齿辊式滚轴筛投入运行后产生的经济效益。

In July 2019,the tooth roll roller screen was designed and installed in front of the first belt conveyor in the raw coal preparation workshop in Xiqu Coal preparation Plant.The production process of the raw coal preparation workshop,the structure,working principle and main characteristics of the tooth roll roller screen were introduced,and the existing problems and solutions in the operation of the tooth roll roller screen were explained as well as its operation effects.
