摘要
通过对厚煤层切顶成巷巷道挡护结构变形机理的分析,提出了一种新的恒压温控波式多阻锚杆方案,对传统的工字钢支护方案和优化后的支护方案的实际应用情况进行了验证。根据在某矿井下综采作业面的实际验证效果表明,新的无煤柱切顶成巷控制技术能够保持围岩的协同变形,提高巷道挡护结构的稳定性,使巷道挡护结构的变形降低了约73.1%、损坏率降低了约80%,有效地解决了无煤柱切顶成巷中巷道挡护结构突出的问题,具有极大的应用推广价值。
Based on the analysis of deformation mechanism of roadway retaining structure in thick coal seam,a new constant pressure temperature controlled wave multi-resistance bolt scheme is put forward,and the practical application of traditional I-shaped steel support scheme and optimized support scheme is verified.According to the actual verification effect of fully mechanized mining operation surface under a mine,the new coal pillar cutting roadway control technology can maintain the cooperative deformation of surrounding rock.The stability of roadway retaining structure is improved,the deformation of roadway retaining structure is reduced by about 73.1%,and the damage rate of roadway retaining structure is reduced by about 80%,which effectively solves the problem of roadway retaining structure in roadway without coal pillar cutting top.Outstanding problems have great application and promotion value.
