摘要
针对辛置煤矿为了改善原监控系统缺陷而采用西门子S7-200PLCSMART集中控制系统对地面压风机智能自动化控制的应用实践,分析该系统的结构、功能、运行效果。工业应用表明,地面压风机集中控制系统维护成本低,可有效降低设备故障率,减轻人员劳动强度,实现智能自动化控制,切实保障矿井安全生产。
In view of the application practice of Siemens S7-200 PLCSMART centralized control system to intelligent automatic control of ground compressor in order to improve the defects of the original monitoring system in Xinji Coal Mine,the structure,function and operation effect of the system are analyzed.The industrial application shows that the centralized control system of ground compressor has low maintenance cost,which can effectively reduce the failure rate of equipment,reduce the labor intensity of personnel,realize intelligent automatic control,and ensure the safety of mine production.
