从西门子PCS7平台的特点及技术优势分析切入,详细介绍SIMATIC PCS7平台的系统结构、SIMATIC管理器的设置、PCS7库的功能,以及该平台在造纸厂原料罐控制中的具体应用情况,期望通过该研究能够对造纸厂生产过程自动化控制水平的提升有所帮助。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics and technical advantages of Siemens PCS7 platform,this paper introduces the system structure of SIMATIC PCS7 platform,the function of setting up PCS7 library by SIMATIC manager,and the concrete application of the platform in the control of raw material tank in paper mill.It is expected that this research can be helpful to improve the automatic control level of production process in paper mill.
