摘要
根据挖掘机的电气系统,从多重化整流理论出发,给出WK-20挖掘机整流系统设计思路;根据设备主变压器,采用12脉控制,设计基于ALM的WK-20挖掘机多重化整流方案,详细介绍两套ALM整流单元通过SINAMICS Link通讯,实现主从控制的硬件设计方案和软件实现过程。
According to the electrical system of shovel,this paper gives the design idea of the rectifier system of wk-20 shovel based on the multiple rectification theory.Depend on the main transformer of the equipment,adopting 12 pulse control technology,the wk-20 shovel multiplex rectifier scheme is designed through the use of ALM.The hardware design scheme and software realization process of two ALM rectifying units by SINAMICS Link communication are introduced in detail.This paper presents a design scheme for the application of multiple rectifying technology in large-scale equipment.
