摘要 为充分抑制截割机构的冲击载荷对驱动系统的影响,提高截割驱动系统的使用寿命,提出了一种基于ADR C的采煤机滚筒驱动控制系统。通过对不同工况下该驱动系统对冲击载荷的抑制效果的分析,表明该截割驱动系统能够有效降低外部的冲击载荷对驱动系统的影响,极大地提升了采煤机截割传动机构工作的可靠性和稳定性,提高了其使用寿命,设备工作的经济性大幅提升,具有极大的应用推广价值。 In order to fully suppress the impact load of cutting mechanism on the drive system,improve the cutting drive system.In this paper,a research on the drum drive control system of shearer based on ADRC is proposed.The impact load acting on the cutting drive system is suppressed.Through the analysis of the suppression effect of the drive system on the impact load under different working conditions,it is shown that the cutting drive system can effectively reduce the influence of the external impact load on the drive system.It greatly improves the reliability and stability of the cutting transmission mechanism of the shearer,improves its service life and economy of the equipment,and has great application and popularization value.
