摘要
以EBZ系列掘进机为研究对象,充分分析该型号掘进机在掘进过程中导致喷雾、降尘效果不佳的原因,并针对性地提出了相应的整套改进方案,完成了对该型号掘进机外喷雾系统的改进,对其他型号喷雾系统的改进具有一定的指导意义。
Taking EBZ series roadheader as the research object,this paper fully analyzes the reasons why the spray and dust reduction effect of this type of roadheader is not good in the process of heading,and puts forward the corresponding whole scheme,and completes the improvement of the external spray system of this type of roadheader,which has certain guiding significance for the improvement of other types of spray system.
