针对选煤厂浅槽重介分选机轴承、液压油缸装置、矸石筛溜槽、链条等结构问题,介绍了MZC型浅槽重介分选机结构组成、工作原理及特性。分别提出了改进浅槽重介分选机轴承、液压油缸装置、矸石筛溜槽、链条穿销工具措施。改进后的分选机分选效果好,为选煤厂创收了良好的经济效益。

Aiming at the structural problems of shallow groove heavy medium separator bearing,hydraulic cylinder device,gangue screen slot,chain and so on,this paper introduces the structure composition,working principle and characteristics of MZC shallow slot heavy medium separator.The measures to improve the bearing,hydraulic cylinder device,gangue screen slot and chain piercing tool of shallow slot heavy medium separator are put forward respectively.The improved separator has a good separation effect and good economic benefit for coal preparation plant.
