摘要
据统计,变压器类设备因铁芯(夹件)多点接地故障所引起的事故在变压器总事故中排第三位。本文主要介绍了变压器铁芯多点接地故障的形成原因、诊断方法及处理措施,并通过对在预防性试验中发现的三台500 kV线路并联电抗器铁芯与夹件短路及夹件多点接地故障的消缺处理,阐明了对于此类潜伏性故障,在设备出厂及交接试验时是很难发现的,只能在设备制造过程中加强监督,控制质量。
According to Statistics,the Accidents of Transformer Equipment Caused by Multi-point Grounding Fault of Iron Core(clamp)Rank Third in the Total Transformer Accidents.This Paper Mainly Introduces the Causes,Diagnostic Methods and Treatment Measures of Transformer Core Multi-point Grounding Fault.Through Eliminating the Short Circuit Between Core and Clamp of Three 500 kV Parallel Reactor and the Multi-point Grounding Fault of Clamp Found in Preventive Test,This Paper Expounds the Latent Faults,Such As the Faults when the Equipment is out of the Factory and the Faults when the Equipment is out of the Factory.Handover Test is Very Difficult to Find,Only in the Process of Equipment Manufacturing to Strengthen Supervision,Quality Control.
