摘要
针对国内某厂1000 MW超超临界海水开式直流冷却机组二次滤网运行压差高、减速箱故障等典型问题,从网板孔径、减速箱结构方面进行优化设计,大幅降低了设备故障率、提升了设备可靠性,并有效降低了二次滤网压差、提高了机组运行的经济性,可作为同型设备选型及结构改进的参考。
In order to solve the typical problems of high pressure difference and gearbox failure of secondary filter of 1000 MW ultra-supercritical seawater open DC cooling unit in a domestic factory,the design of the stencil aperture and gearbox structure is optimized,which greatly reduces equipment failure.The rate improves the reliability of the equipment,and effectively reduces the differential pressure of the secondary filter and improves the economical operation of the unit.It can be used as a reference for the selection of the same type of equipment and structural improvement.
