摘要 在节能减排理念贯彻的过程中,煤化企业及火电企业高度重视循环流化床锅炉热效率影响因素的把控工作,以期降低炉渣及飞灰含碳量,确保节能减排国策的具体落实,进而提升企业的经济效益和社会效益。本文在循环流化床锅炉简介的基础上进行炉渣和飞灰含碳量高的原因分析,最后提出炉渣、飞灰含碳量降低的有效措施。 In the process of implementing the concept of energy saving and emission reduction,coal-fired companies and thermal power companies attach great importance to the control of influencing factors of thermal efficiency of circulating fluidized bed boilers in order to reduce the carbon content of slag and fly ash,ensure the concrete implementation of the national policy of energy saving and emission reduction,and further enhance the economic and social benefits of their companies.Based on the brief introduction of circulating fluidized bed boiler,this paper analyses the causes,and finally puts forward effective measures to reduce carbon content in slag and fly ash.
