摘要
手机短信是电力企业向客户传达信息的一种途径,手机短信运营多年来,不仅为企业带来了丰厚的利润、促进了社会的发展,也丰富、方便了人们的生活,但是95598接到的投诉电话量也一直居高不下。本文就对电力营销短信服务问题进行研究以及提出对策建议。
Mobile short message is a way for enterprises to convey information to customers.Mobile short message operation for many years not only brings huge profits for enterprises,promotes social development,but also enriches and facilitates people’s lives.However,the number of complaint calls received by 95598 has been high.This article will explore the power marketing short message service problems and countermeasures.
