摘要
在电信拓展5G业务中,需要为BBU(基带处理单元)设备提供直流电源,其工作原理为:通过市电输入220 V交流电,然后整流器模块进行整流输出48 V直流并进行分配,给各基站的BBU提供工作电源。为了完成上述要求,上海邮电设计院委托山海信产通信服务有限公司设计一款室外整流箱。通过现场勘察发现,上海电信基站周围有许多各种各样为BBU配套的箱子,本次设计提供的箱子只是其中的一个。设想是否可以将这些箱子加以整合,形成一个完整并具有相同或优于所有功能的室外综合电源箱。本文就是描述设计此箱子的过程。
In expanding 5G telecommunication business,DC power supply is needed for BBU(baseband processing unit)equipment.Its working principle is:input 220 V AC through municipal power,then rectifier module rectifies 48 V DC output and distributes it to BBU of each base station.In order to fulfill the above requirements,Shanghai Post and Telecommunications Design Institute commissioned our company to design an outdoor rectifier box.But through on-site investigation,we found that there will be many kinds of boxes for BBU around Shanghai Telecom Base Station,and the boxes we provided are only one of them.Do we envisage that these boxes can be integrated into a complete one with all the same or better functions?This paper describes the process of designing the box.
